Zircon's senior management team has implemented a policy of continuous improvement that is embodied in the company business plan and driven by the constant challenge to exceed customer expectations.

Among the objectives planned and currently being progressed is the continuing development of the company's improvement process in accordance with EFQM and CMMI principles.

Many of these aspects are already in place and at the recent 3-year Investors In People (IIP) reassessment, which incorporated a review against the new IIP standards, the assessor noted that:

The assessors' report further went on to say:
