Bronze IiP Success

I am pleased to announce that Zircon continues to be recognised as Investors in People.  During the latest review held in December, we were also found to have met the requirements required to be awarded Investors in People Bronze standard, our first attempt at securing Bronze under the more stringent IiP certification.

The recent review involved interviews with a random sample of staff and covered things such as communications, learning and development, and continuous improvement.  Organisations that achieve Investors in People Bronze, Silver or Gold status currently represent the top 3% of recognised Investors in People organisations so we are very proud to have met the Bronze standard.

The Bronze status award recognises the continuous achievements made by Zircon, rewarding us for building on what we have done in previous years, and is an excellent acknowledgement of our developing a ‘people first’ culture and our ongoing commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
