Zircon has recently started work to help the Highways Agency automate some of the Regional Control Centre (RCC) performance reporting activities that are currently undertaken manually. Zircon will be carrying out a vital update to a spreadsheet used by the Highways Agency, to create regular reports relating to roadside incidents and detailing how well the Highways Agency team has handled these situations.

Zircon will be using this opportunity to improve the efficiency of the process and the quality of the output.
